Jane F. Saggau, of Rhinelander, died Friday, June 10, 2016, at Friendly Village Nursing Home in Rhinelander. She was 64.
Ms. Saggau was born Aug. 17, 1951, in Denison, Iowa, to Robert J. Sr. and Marjorie (née Hays) Saggau.
She grew up in Mequon and attended Dominican High School, UW-Oshkosh and Cardinal Stritch University. She worked for many years as a registered nurse for Milwaukee Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
She is survived by one brother, Tom (Mary), of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Barbara, of Wichita, Kan., and Catherine (Frank) Sorrenti, of Milwaukee; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert Jr. and David; and one sister, Mary.
A memorial Mass will be held Saturday, July 9, at 11 a.m., at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Eagle River. The Rev. Patrick McConnell will officiate.
Visitation will be at the church Saturday, from 10:30 a.m., until the time of the services. Burial will follow in Phelps Cemetery.
