Norma E. Ullmann, of Oshkosh and Eagle River, died Saturday, July 23, 2016. She was 86.
Mrs. Ullmann was born Jan. 14, 1930.
She is survived by her husband, Wally.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
